The Royal couple has been saddenned by the topless pictures issue, even as French magazine Closer plans to publish the said pictures.
The pictures were taken in France in a private chateau while the Duke and Duchess were in holiday in France with long lenses; no UK publication would publish them.
The Duke and Duchess are on a Far East tour in Malaysia
